The boys have been cracking me up the past few days.
Here are some of their funnies...
- "Kory, who sailed west in 1492. Christopher... and what was his last name". Kory's answer: "Christopher Robin"
- Kory's comments about my leggings today.... Mommy. are those lucky tights? Do they make you run faster? I guess he thinks my leggings make me a superhero.
Kory has also made me smile in some of the things he has done in school the past few days.
- Today he had an online class where they shared their favorite healthy snack. He was so cute with the cucumbers I cut up for him. Showing his classmates what the cucumber was and even how to eat it. He shared about it, smiled, and crunched away.
- Yesterday he was created his own art projects in play-doh. He created his brother Cade in play-doh. He left one area open on Cade's play-doh face. I asked him about it and his reply was that it was his birthmark. He makes me smiles when he talks about Cade's birthmark.
- Kory is making a shield for Art class. He was supposed to draw things on there that make him feel safe and strong. He has drawn a spider because they eat bees, Jesus because he helps us not be sacred at night and scissors because when something is ahead of you, you can cut through it. :)
And Cade... He cracks me up too.
- Tonight at the grocery store he had to "help" me push the cart and "help" me pick out groceries. I had to laugh when he walked right over and picked up the correct type of orange juice. :)
- Cade gets just a little bit of coffee with creamer. This morning, when I pulled out our coffee mugs, Cade started his "offee, offee, offee" chant. Oh no... I think I've created a coffee monster.
Oh how I love my boys!
