Previously, I have sent e-mails to friends and family with the free things I find online. But I'm going to start posting it on here. Wish I could say it will be a weekly regular post, but it will probably end up being random when I have time to go through the blogs I follow that list free things...

They have started running out of some of the flavors this morning - so if you get the message that they are all out of samples, try picking a different flavor.
