We had a nice Fourth of July with Keith's sister, Shelly and her family. Kory and his cousins played so well together. And everyone loved on Cade.
We had been hoping to get out to the pool in the backyard but it rained off and on most of the weekend :( The kids, however, didn't notice much and played so much together inside. (You should have seen Kory's room).
Kory and Sammie even had a sleep over... Well it started as a sleep over until they decided to sleep in their separate rooms :) But they were able to share stories and laugh together for a bit.
Quinton played with the two of them and entertained Kory with his video game playing as well.
Keith and James played Call of Duty 4. They would switch off and on.
Shelly and I made a trip to Target (no surprise there)! We also caught up on each other's life's and watched Fools Gold.
Keith continued to impress with his pancake skills and his new iced coffee skills...
We so enjoyed their visit, and we found ourselves comparing the visit to childhood visits we had with cousins and aunts and uncles. "Do you think our parents sat around - drinking iced coffee- while we played with our cousins."

I don't know about your family, but our family (Shelly & Keith's) sat around and drank swee tea...not iced coffe!! Oh well, guess it's just another sign of the changing times!! :-) :-)
